Barre

Embody Classic Barre, inspired by the beauty and discipline of ballet, targets the main muscle groups of the body- arms, thighs, glutes, hamstrings, and abdominals- activating those muscle groups through small isometric movements. Engaging and exhausting the muscle groups through targeted exercises and following with long stretches; the intent is to create long, strong, and flexible muscles. 

 

Yoga

Slide out of bed, light your favorite candle and begin in a comfortable seat. Start with a deep breath & pull your intentions deep into your heart. Then deepen your breath as we roll through the spine, finding length in our limbs, and seduce our bodies into a flowing, heartfelt morning sequence! To round it out, we wind down with twists and forward folds and move into a meditation practice or savasana (your choice!)

 
 

YogaBarre

Yogabarre begins with upbeat, heart-pumping cardio bursts to shake off the day...then we slide into alignment and breath-oriented vinyasa flows to elongate your tightest muscles. Savasana or Meditation rounds it all out.
